Delete your VeriDone account
You can permanently delete your account yourself from the VeriDone mobile app.
Account deletion is irreversible
Deletion removes your VeriDone profile and the app data associated with your account. You will lose access immediately, and the deleted account and data cannot be recovered.
Delete in the app
- Open VeriDone and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Privacy and security.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request from the email address on your VeriDone account. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
Request account deletionWhat VeriDone deletes
- Your profile, preferences, registered devices, templates, and subscription profile.
- Requests, proof, receipts, notifications, and uploaded files linked to you.
- Business workspaces you own and your memberships in other workspaces.
Shared requests and proof are also removed for other participants. VeriDone does not keep an active account copy after deletion completes.
Deleting VeriDone does not cancel billing managed by Apple or Google. Cancel an active subscription in your app-store subscription settings before deleting your account.
